As fast as is humanly possible… Please note that Elf Audio processes refund requests promptly, but the actual refund timing is dependent on Apple, Google, and your bank, apple/google’s banks, over which we have no control whatsoever.
- iOS Users: Refunds through the Apple App Store are managed by Apple and can take several days to process.
- Android Users: After we initiate a refund through the Google Play Store, it usually takes 1-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank, googles bank, whether its a weekend etc etc.
Each bank has its own processing times, and unfortunately, we can’t expedite this process. We appreciate your patience and understand that waiting can be frustrating. If your refund is taking longer than expected, we recommend contacting your bank or google/apple for more detailed information.
