How to send a crash log on iOS

If you have crash reporting enabled your crashes should already be sent to us – to check this or turn it on, pls do this:

1. Open your device’s settings app
2. Select “Privacy & Security”
3. Select “Analytics & Improvements
4. Enable “Share iPhone Analytics” and “Share With App Developers”

If you don’t want to enable it but just want to submit a single crash report – here are the instructions:

1. Open your device’s settings app
2. Select “Privacy & Security”
3. Select “Analytics & Improvements”
4. Select “Analytics Data”
5. Scroll down the long list and find the last entry that starts with “koala-” (ignore Koala.wakeups.xxxx or Koala-AUv3 (unless this is a crash in the AUv3 version)

6. Press it, and press the little share button in the top right hand corner

7. Send to me
